  2. How do I join Longo’s THANK YOU REWARDS Program?


    Simply pick-up a THANK YOU REWARDS card at any Longo’s location, register on-line at www.longos.com and start swiping to earn. It’s that easy! Longo’s Thank You Rewards cards are available at all participating Longo’s locations. To register your card, visit us online at www.longos.com
  3. How long will it take before the points are posted to my account?

    Points will be posted to your web account within 48 hours, however your up-to- date points balance will be printed on each Longo’s receipt.
  4. How can I earn points faster?

    You can earn points faster by taking advantage of weekly flyer and in-store Bonus Points offers. As a THANK YOU REWARDS member be sure to watch your email for exclusive email offers.
  5. What if I forget my card?

    To add points to your account from a past transaction, please refer to the "Missing Points" section of the Thank You Rewards Menu and complete the form.
  6. Why do I need a member profile?

    In order to be eligible to redeem your points for rewards, you will need to activate and create your on-line profile. It is also necessary to have a member profile in order to view points balances and redeem for rewards.
  7. Who can I contact if I need any help with the sign-up process on the Web site, or if I have questions about the program?

    If you have any questions or require assistance, please speak to a representative at our Personal Touch Service Counter at any Longo’s location or call 1-877-LONGOS1.
  8. How can I redeem my points?

    You are able to redeem your points in store for cash off your purchase or for Longo’s gift cards. You can also redeem online for Longo’s gift cards. Stay tuned as we will be exploring other reward options in the near future.
  9. When can I redeem points?

    You can begin to redeem your points once you’ve accumulated the following amounts: 2200 points for $10, or 4000 points for $20.
  10. How will I know when I'm eligible to redeem my points?

    Each time you shop, be sure to check the bottom of your receipt to view your "Total Points Available" balance. You can also visit www.longos.com to view your profile or, speak to a customer service representative at the Personal Touch Service Counter at any Longo’s location.
  11. Can I collect points at Grocery Gateway or The Market by Longo's?

    Yes, you may swipe your card to collect or earn points at The Market stores. You can also add your THANK YOU card number to your Grocery Gateway account by updating your profile on My Account. Purchases made will then qualify towards your points balance.

    Points accumulated through Grocery Gateway may be redeemed at Grocery Gateway for free groceries, in-store at Longo’s for free groceries or for Longo’s gift cards.
  12. Can members of my family use my card?

    Yes, as a registered participant you will receive a card and two key tags that can be shared within your immediate family. In order to take advantage of this option the primary card holder will need to register their account at Longos.com.
  13. What should I do if I change my name, address, or any other information that I supplied upon enrollment?

    Be sure to visit Longos.com to update your information on your member profile or contact 1-877-LONGOS1 as soon as possible to speak with a Longo’s customer representative.

    You can check your Longo’s THANK YOU REWARDS points balance by accessing your member profile online or reading the bottom of each receipt.
  15. Where can I see how many points I have and what rewards I'm eligible for?

    You can check your Longo’s THANK YOU REWARDS points balance by accessing your member profile online or reading the bottom of each receipt. You can begin to redeem your points for cash off your purchase or for Longo’s gift cards once you’ve accumulated the following amounts: 2200 points for $10, or 4000 points for $20.
  16. Are point balances transferable or exchangeable between other Longo's THANK YOU REWARDS program participants?

    Your accumulated points are non-transferable and are only valid for use by the primary card holder.
  17. What if my Longo's THANK YOU REWARDS card is lost or stolen?

    Please contact 1-877-LONGOS1 to speak directly to a Longo’s customer representative who will provide you with a replacement card. Your points balance from your original card will be transferred to the new one. This will take a few days.
  18. Can I cancel my participation in the Longo's THANK YOU REWARDS program?

    Yes, you may cancel at any time, simply call 1-877-LONGOS1 to speak to a Longo’s customer service representative.
